1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and vd22 ("we", "us", "the Operator", "vd22") governing all use of the vd22.bet website and its associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, slot machines, promotions, loyalty programmes, and customer support channels.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

vd22 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement at vd22 is 30x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states a different multiplier. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Slot titles contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers contribute 100% on pre-match markets and 50% on live in-play markets. Crash games contribute 50%. • Time Limits: Bonus funds and associated free spins must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Standard validity is 14 calendar days from the date of bonus activation. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period without exception.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single wager from bonus funds is ৳500 per spin or bet. Wagers exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active will cause the existing bonus to be forfeited automatically.

vd22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently withdrawn will be permitted to complete the existing wagering requirement under the original terms.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering and using vd22, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening, operating, or assisting in the operation of more than one vd22 account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the vd22 platform in a manner not intended for human players.

vd22 employs a range of monitoring and detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Investigations may be conducted without prior notification to the player. During an investigation, account access and withdrawal processing may be suspended temporarily. vd22's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on vd22.bet — including but not limited to the vd22 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, code, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of vd22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use vd22.bet solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any vd22 content without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on vd22 intellectual property.
• Use vd22 branding, logos, or trade dress in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an official endorsement by vd22.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from vd22.bet using automated tools.
• Frame or mirror vd22.bet or any portion thereof on any third-party website or application.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the verified payment method on file, provided the account has passed full KYC verification and no active investigations are in progress.

vd22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

Where an account is suspended or closed by vd22 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and promotional credits held in the account at the time of closure are forfeited in full. Real-money deposits that are not subject to an active investigation or forfeiture determination will be returned to the verified payment source within 10 business days.
